Tourist visas are included in the price of all of our cruises - we will process and pay for your visas if you are based in the UK. We are registered with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Moscow and can issue our own invitations to our cruise passengers. We are the only company in the UK who have this facility for our cruise passengers - every other operator will charge you extra. Viking River Cruises charge an extra £125 per person for example !  If you are not based in the UK, you process at your local Russian Consulate with our support documents and you receive a discount of £75 GBP per person on the cruise price.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO SEND US BETWEEN 3 MONTHS AND 3 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR CRUISE
(best by Royal Mail Special Delivery £5.00 available from Post Offices )

1. Full UK passport with at least two free pages & valid for at least six months after exit date from Russia. If you are not British but reside in the UK we can still do your visas for you but some extra documentation may be required - e-mail us for details. If you are not British and non resident in the UK you can only process Russian Visas in the Russian Embassy in the country who issued your passport.

2. 1 passport sized photograph glued to the bottom left hand corner of page 2 of the application form (see below)

3. A return self addressed Special Delivery envelope - preferably C5 size plastic type prepaid envelope sold in most Post Offices for £5.40. 

4. 1 completed, signed application form per traveller. The application form may only be completed online, then printed, signed and photo glued on. There is no other way to complete the form,, hand written application forms are not acceptable. The form can be filled in at http://ru.vfsglobal.co.uk/

If you are completely stuck we offer a form completion service for £35 + VAT per person (we will e-mail you the information we require, we complete the form(s) and post to you for signature). You then send this with the other required documents to our offices in Leamington Spa (not direct to the Embassy)
