How to Book (UK
Customers)
The simple booking
procedure for all of our tours and
cruises is as follows:
1.
E-Mail, fax or call us with the
following details:

We will then get
back to you with availability and
pricing
2.
What to Do Next
|
(i)
|
You provide us
with full names, dates of
birth, nationality and
passport numbers - also home
address and telephone number. |

(ii)
|
We confirm the
tour and you send us 25%
deposit (see payment methods
below). We send you invoice
with payment details and
balance due date. |
|
(iii)
|
10 weeks before
departure you send us balance
of tour cost (most people send
passports etc for visas at the
same time (see below) |
|
(iv)
|
Between 10 and
4 weeks before departure you
send us passports, forms &
photos (see Visa Section of
this website for forms and
exact instructions). Two weeks
later you receive back
passports with visas. |

(v)
|
Approximately 4
weeks before departure we send
you all tour documentation,
vouchers and air tickets |
You are off to Russia !
