We will then get back to you with availability and pricing

(i) You provide us with full names, dates of birth, nationality and passport numbers - also home address and telephone number.
(ii) We confirm the tour and you send us 25% deposit (see payment methods below). We send you invoice with payment details and balance due date.
(iii) 10 weeks before departure you send us balance of tour cost (most people send passports etc for visas at the same time (see below)
(iv) Between 10 and 4 weeks before departure you send us passports, forms & photos (see Visa Section of this website for forms and exact instructions). Two weeks later you receive back passports with visas.
(v) Approximately 2 weeks before departure we send you all tour documentation, vouchers and air tickets 

Payment Methods:
1. By Cheque
Payable to Russiana and sent to our UK offices

2. Internet or Telephone Banking
If you wish to pay directly in to our account we will provide you with details upon request. No surcharge for payment by direct bank transfers.

3.  By Credit / Debit Card

We accept Visa and Mastercard for tour payment but a fee of 2% is imposed by our bank.
