How to Book (from outside the UK)

The simple booking procedure for all of our tours and cruises is as follows:

1. E-Mail, fax or call us with the following details:

(i) Name of Tour
(ii) Departure Date
(iii) Departure Airport
(iv) Number of travellers

We will then get back to you with availability and pricing

2. What to Do Next

(i) You provide us with full names, dates of birth, nationality and passport numbers - also home address and telephone number.
(ii) We confirm the tour and you send us 25% deposit (see payment methods below). We send you invoice with payment details and balance due date.
(iii) 10 weeks before departure you send us balance of tour cost. At this time we will e-mail your pdf invitation file for you to process your visa at your local Russian Consulate. If you want details of where it is located, e-mail us.
(iv) When you receive our invitation you submit this, your passport, application form and photograph to your local Russian Consulate.
(v) Approximately 4 weeks before departure we send you all tour documentation, vouchers and air tickets

2. Internet or Telephone Banking (12 GBP Sterling fee)

3.  By Credit / Debit Card

We accept Visa and Mastercard for tour payment but a fee of 2% is imposed by our bank. However, if you must pay by card:
Please fax or e-mail us a letter to our UK fax number 08701 315 908 with the following details:
(i) Name of Cardholder
(ii) Type of Card
(iii) Card Number
(iv) Expiry Date.
(v) 3 Digit Security Code from Signature Strip

Then write 'I authorise the sum of £X GBP + 2% to be taken from this card.'
Sign the letter and fax it or scan and e-mail us.

4. Google Checkout

If you wish to pay by card via Google Checkout, just e-mail us and we will send you an electronic invoice. 2% surcharge
5. Paypal

If you wish to pay by Paypal just e-mail us and we will send you an electronic invoice. 2% surcharge
